GRID 2 Game Set to Impress

Codemasters are world renowned for their Formula 1 series, but a few years ago they also set the race game world alight with GRID™. Now they are working on its successor, GRID 2™, which looks set to impress.

The team revealed the first Gameplay Trailer for GRID 2™ yesterday and it the game looks fantastic, with phenomenal graphics and a range of tracks and cars to choose from.

The long awaited sequel to the BAFTA-award winning Race Driver: GRID will be released to retailers on the 28th May in North America and 31st May 2013 in the UK and Europe.


It will be released on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC, giving gamers a brilliant racing experience on some of the most iconic and beautiful race track.


The gameplay trailer previews tracks in Paris, Chicago, California and the Red Bull Ring in Austria. It mixes street tracks, race circuits and seaside routes.


We also get a glimpse of stunning racing machinery, from Ariel Atom's, Chevrolet Camaro's and the desirable Pagani Huayra.

Fans that pre-order the game in store or online can choose the Grid 2: Brands Hatch Edition which includes downloadable extras. These include the McLaren Racing Pack, with new circuit routes at Brands Hatch and the McLaren MP4-21C GT3 Special Edition. There is also the Head Start Pack, which gives gamers cars and possible discounts on in game features.
