Read below for more details... Andy Gray, communications manager at Codemasters, announced via his twitter the safety car would be in the F12011 game. Soon after Steve Hood, chief game designer, revealed the same thing.
A picture was posted on Twitter by F1Fanatic. It clearly reveals the Safety Car is in the game. It was also revealed it will only be in 20% races, and can be turned off. The team at Codemasters in charge of the game have been weighing the pro's and con's to this concept for some time. This left fans in the dark about this exciting new feature. It was unclear whether there would be time to create the Safety Car before the game was released. Now it has been revealed it will surely add to the game to create as close a copy of the Sport itself.
Don't forget F1 2011 is out on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in the UK September 23rd, USA September 20th and Australia September 22nd.
