Ahead of the team's livery launch in Mexico on Wednesday, Force India has announced that the VJM08 will not appear until the second pre-season test in Barcelona.

One day prior to the start of the opening winter test, Toro Rosso will reveal the Renault-powered STR10 in the Jerez pit lane.

Carlos Sainz Jr will drive the car on day one of the first test, returning for day three. 17-year-old Max Verstappen will get his first taste of the STR10 on the second and fourth days of the event.

Force India will use its 2014 car at Jerez, with the VJM08 debuting on track at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya later next month.

The delayed launch was confirmed to Richland F1 by a spokesperson for the Silverstone-based outfit.

Toro Rosso is the fifth team to reveal its pre-season car launch plans and the second to announce that its 2015 machine reveal will take place at Jerez.
