The "Mini Drivers" Series

I'm obviously a big fan of Formula 1 but I also like a good cartoon, so why not combine the two? That is exactly what the "Mini Drivers" series is.

I have been following the series for a few years now and it has really grown from strength to strength. Here are the basics, the series is a shorter cartoon version of each Formula 1 race featuring all the drivers and races from that season. They go up on the Wednesday after the race and there is also a "Mini Bikers" series as well.

It started in 2008 and has soon become a YouTube hit for racing fans. Now for those of you who do not speak Spanish, when searching on their website or others about the series it would be best to use a translation tool because the creator of the series is in fact, Spanish.

Each driver has their own unique thing about them, including Hamilton and his dog Roscoe. There are also other characters too who play a part in narrating the story.

A number of Formula 1 drivers or feeder series runners know and are fans of the series too, and episodes get well over 50,000 views a piece.

They also have merchandise and the series are released on DVD. Check out the latest episode below, a review of the 2013 Malaysian Grand Prix.
