FIA confirm 2013 calendar

The FIA have officially confirmed the F1 2013 calendar. The schedule is very similar to the provisional one revealed over the Singapore GP weekend.

However some of the dates have been moved, and the New Jersey is still yet to be confirmed. Speaking earlier this week, Bernie Ecclestone said the race no longer had a contract. Click "read more" for the official calendar schedule.



The major changes are the swap between the Japanese Grand Prix and the Korean race, with the latter coming on the 6th of October and the former take place on the 13th of October.

The sporting and technical regulations were signed off at the WMSC meeting, whilst the Concorde Agreement is also progressing. The FIA said "The FIA President confirmed that positive and constructive discussions continue with regard to the new Concorde Agreement and it is anticipated a contract will be signed by the end of October."
