It was a quiet morning in the F1 paddock, but a very busy afternoon, with plenty to report on after round five of the season.

Saturday at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya was the busiest day of the Spanish Grand Prix weekend so far. 

Nico Rosberg took pole position by three tenths of a second from Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel.

Day two at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya saw the on-track action kick off, with first and second practice for the Spanish Grand Prix.

Fridays are typically more relaxed, with fewer media sessions. However, it was still a very busy day, and a successful one too.

It was a busy first day back in the Formula 1 paddock, with media sessions to attend and plenty of content to post.

After only managing a few hours of sleep, it was a bright and early start at 6:30am to get ready to head to the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. 

2015 Spanish Grand Prix: Wednesday

The first day of my week-long trip to Spain for round five of the F1 2015 season was full of contrasts. 

From standing in the rain at a tube station to wandering through a park in Barcelona, it was a pretty busy 15 hours or so.
