Simona de Silvestro drove a Formula 1 car for the first time on Saturday, as she took to the Fiorano circuit in Italy at the wheel of a 2012 Sauber.

The Swiss outfit released an onboard video from the test day, as the former IndyCar driver got to grips with the Ferrari-powered C31.
